How do I get the app?
On Android, tap Book a ride to get FarWay from Google Play. On iPhone, open FarWay in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It then opens like any other app.
How is the price worked out?
By the distance of your trip. You see the full price after you enter your destination, before you book.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Long trips need a 20% deposit to hold your seat, and you pay the rest to your driver. Town trips can be paid by card or cash when you book.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel before a driver accepts and you get all your money back. If the driver cancels, you also get it all back. Later cancellations may lose part or all of the deposit. See Terms and refunds.
Will I change cars on the way?
Usually your driver takes you all the way. On some long trips a driver hands you over to another FarWay driver in a town on the way. The price stays the same and the app tells you first.
